Selling with Us

Once you have registered with us, you can list your equipment for sale. We will review the items and determine what we will advertise on our site. Even if we do not pick all of your items to advertise, the site will review your list when searching for specific matches requested from buyers.

Once we have a confirmed buyer for your item, we will contact you and arrange shipping. The buyer pays shipping but it is the sellers responsibility to have the item safely packed for transport. Exceptions are oversized items that will require crating. In this case the buyer will pay for crating and we ask the seller for assistance in coordinating the packing.

Once the buyer has received the item and the 3 day inspection has passed BVG will release funds to the seller.

If the buyer receives the item and said item has been misrepresented (hours are significantly higher than guarenteed, condition of unit is grossly exaggerated), it is the sellers responsibility to pay for return shipping. Once the seller has received the unit back, BVG will refund the purchase price to the buyer.

Seller will be required to supply Bexel Corp. with an invoice verifiying "all items are free and clear of any liens." If you have a loan or lease against your gear we will be happy to dispurse funds appropriately between the two parties.
