Q. Is there a warranty with my used equipment purchase?

A. BVG Gives a 72 hour moneyback guarentee on all purchases. Many items also include a 30 day warranty (some restrictions apply). Sony Service Contract optional

Q. What if I am not happy with my purchase?

A. This is the reason a 3 day inspection is given at time of purchase. We will refund your money once the item is received back and as long as we were notified during your inspection period that the item is returning. We would expect the item to be returned within 3 days of notification.

Q. Do you sell new equipment?

A. Yes, but only as a dealer for a select few manufacturers. DPS, E-Z Prompt, JVC, KATA,Kramer,Varizoom

Q. Will you ship anywhere in the world? What shipping methods do you use?

A. We ship anywhere. We will be happy to use your preferred shipper with your account number. If you need us to pick a shipper there will be a nominal handling charge added. The U.S. Post office is no longer a shipping option due to it's policy change on receiving packages.

Q. Can I put my purchase on my rental account?

A. We are not able to extend terms like our rental division and require purchases to be prepaid.

Q. What are our payment options?

A. You can mail a check to us prior to shipment, wire transfer (This is a requirement for all international orders), Shipped COD-Certified Funds, or Credit Card (Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express).

Q. Do I need to pay sales tax?

A. You will be required to pay local sales tax if you are located in CA.,FL.,GA.,NY.,TX.,VA.or WA. We will accept exemption certificates and resale cards when supplied at time of purchase.
